The primary challenge in this project was to remove the old, outdated furniture that was originally in the apartment and replace it with new, virtually staged furnishings. The existing setup failed to highlight the true elegance and spaciousness of the apartment, which resulted in a lack of buyer interest. Our goal was to breathe new life into these opulent spaces, ensuring that they reflected a modern, inviting atmosphere that potential buyers could envision themselves living in.
