The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach
These premium apartments, known for their breathtaking views, required a design that not only highlighted their luxurious nature but also provided a practical guide for future furnishing and decor. The project presented several challenges: each design element needed to reflect the property's sophistication and elegance, while also being suitable for real-world implementation with furniture and decor selections that would eventually be purchased and installed. The style had to balance Contemporary and Modern aesthetics, meeting the expectations of discerning buyers while offering warmth and livability.
The result was a series of beautifully staged spaces that exceeded the client’s expectations.
Living Room & Dining Area: We chose sleek, modern furniture pieces with neutral tones to complement the expansive windows that flood the space with natural light. To add depth and character, we incorporated a mix of textures and materials, such as the marble-topped coffee tables and plush area rugs. A striking chandelier served as the centerpiece, bringing a sense of drama and sophistication to the space.
Master Bedroom: In the master bedroom, we opted for a soft, calming color palette that highlights the panoramic views. The bed, with its luxurious linens and contemporary design, became the focal point of the room. We added subtle yet impactful decor, such as abstract artwork and stylish bedside lamps, to create a serene retreat within the home.
Dining Area: The dining area was designed with social gatherings in mind. A large, elegant dining table sits at the center, surrounded by plush chairs that invite guests to linger. The lighting was carefully selected to enhance the ambiance, with modern pendant lights that add a touch of glamour without overwhelming the space.
