This high-end property, with its expansive views and premium finishes, presented an incredible canvas for our team. However, as with every project, there were unique challenges that needed to be addressed to bring out the full potential of the space.
The goal was to make the space feel luxurious yet comfortable, showcasing its potential as a dream residence.
Another challenge was the extensive use of large windows and open spaces, which while providing breathtaking views of the New York skyline, also required careful consideration in terms of furniture placement and design aesthetics. The aim was to complement these features without overpowering the natural light and views.
